Return Policy
We only allow you to return defective items and they must be returned within 7 days of the invoice date for a store credit (to be used on your next purchase).
All returns must ship at the customer's expense
No refunds or exchanges are given on closeout(sale) items.
In order to receive refund (store credit) returns must be shipped back to us in as-new condition and with shipping pre-paid.
Please allow 1-2 weeeks for refunds to be credited. The store credit(Gift certificate) is good for full one year.
*There will be 25% restocking fee for the refused or unsatisfactory returns.
How to Return Item(s)

- Click "Order #"
- Click "Registration of the return" from the top right side
- Select a product, Qty and reason with comment you wish to return from the list and click "Return"
- Once we received return request, we'll send a "Approved" message
- Package the return items and ship to us at your own expenses
